Child counselling is for clients between the ages of 5-12 who would like to work on key areas in their life, that they are finding particularly difficult at this time. This can include support with their feelings, emotions, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, trauma (sexual, physical or emotional), relationship(s) or other areas of their life they want help with.

Individual
Individual counselling is for clients 19 or older, who are looking for support on their individual journey. This may include looking at their anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, trauma (sexual, physical or emotional), setting goals, relationship(s) or other areas of their life they want to focus on.

90 mins | $210
Teen/Youth
Teen/Youth counselling is for clients between the ages of 13-18 who want support on understanding their feelings or emotions and/or they want to work on key areas of themselves and their life. These key areas may include support with their anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, trauma (sexual, physical or emotional), setting goals, and relationship(s) or other areas they want guidance with.

Relationship or Family
Relationship and/or family counselling is for clients who are either couples or families. The client is the family or the relationship. Together with the counsellor, the focus is on the areas within each dynamic that are brought forward to counselling as opportunities to work on.

Cancellation Policy & Fees
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide a minimum 24 hours notice. If you provide less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full fee of the session. Fees listed do not include tax (GST and/or HST will be added).
