Joannie Dubé

In Person & Online Services

I believe that there is no change without change…I am quite spiritual, and I am very attuned to my body and the way it communicates with me; this translates into my work and how I view each person through a holistic lens. I am very artsy, I love nature, genuine connections, and diversity. Sleep and laughter are my medicines.

I am finding ease in working with older teens and younger adults who are embarking on their journeys of multiple changes as they discover and assert who they are. I embrace the process of therapy with couples and people who are in various forms of relationships and who wish to work on common goals. I also am passionate about the wisdom that older adulthood brings to my clients, and I particularly enjoy helping these clients take stock of their lives and figure out what comes next for them.

I love introspection, journaling, and if I had a dog, I would probably talk about her too. So, adog is in my future. This is me, Joannie; you can call me Jo.

I am happy to meet you in person or virtually, and I offer my services in English and French.
